Reiki is an ancient energy healing system. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us.
This life force energy can get blocked. Reiki works to unblock that energy and get it flowing again.
Everyone has the ability to give Reiki and it is easy to learn. An Attunement gives you the ability to offer yourself and others Reiki.
